  • A photocopy of the Thai working permit (if available)
  • Two recent photographs 1 – 2 inches with white background 
  • Two sets of the original fingerprint


If you live in Thailand: Fingerprint must be collected in person at the Royal Thai Police head office in Thailand. 

If you live Outside of Thailand: Fingerprints must be collected by the local police or the Thai Consulate or Thai Embassy in your country.

  • Copy of Passport

  • Copy of Changing Name/Surname (If any)
